Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 shall be immediately suspended. Balances on underage accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law.
hero777 is licensed to operate within the Philippines under PAGCOR authorization. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hero777 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active hero777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable law.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of hero777, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are prohibited from registering or maintaining player accounts on the hero777 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hero777 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify hero777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. hero777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus funds.
hero777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. hero777 may request valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
hero777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion. hero777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — typically within 30 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within 1–3 banking days. hero777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. hero777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account, except where explicitly authorized through a documented verification process.
An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. hero777 reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy fee of up to ₱100 from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified prior to the commencement of dormancy fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by hero777 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Only real money bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. hero777 reserves the right to specify game contribution weightings — for example, live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slot games.
All bonuses have an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds that remain at expiry will be forfeited without further notice.
Each promotion is available once per eligible Member unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts or by any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.
hero777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.
Each game available on the hero777 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the mechanics and outcomes of that game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hero777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. hero777's decision in such circumstances is final. No claim shall be entertained for purported winnings that resulted from a malfunction.
hero777 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or game configurations, bets placed after a result is known (late bets), and bets that violate applicable sporting integrity guidelines. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the Member's account.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. hero777 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hero777 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
All content on the hero777 platform — including but not limited to the hero777 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content (subject to third-party provider licenses), promotional materials, and all text — is the property of hero777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hero777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hero777 content.

hero777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hero777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
hero777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; abusive or threatening conduct toward hero777 staff; or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
Upon account closure, hero777 will process any outstanding verified balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hero777 customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending transactions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hero777's internal customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes involving hero777's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, Members may also refer their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through PAGCOR's official complaints process.
hero777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hero777 will endeavour to provide notice via the platform or by email to the registered account email address. The revised Terms will take effect from the date posted on this page. Your continued use of hero777 following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of any transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.
